I am using Windows Vista and I am in an administrator account, your name owner. Whenever I try to install a program or the management of user requesting the password. We need a password for an administrator account with the name Sharon Harris in 2009. Previously this was an account on the computer is no longer on my computer. But he always asks the password for each password entered is wrong, and it says unknown user name or bad password. How do I solve this problem?

Have you tried going to User Accounts in Control Panel and see if the account is deleted?

You can Ophcrack to restore lost passwords, or you can use Offline NT Password & Registry Editor is used empty, for the lost. If you have administrator rights, but simply to confirm your username and password. You can delete the user account that is no longer in use in the Control Panel.

Have you completely removed the name of the former administrator of the control panel user accounts?
If you are sure that you have done this, his final solution would be to reinstall Windows
