My wedding colors are light blue with silver. My plan is to put all of my bridesmaids were the same in a blue light and have my bridesmaid in a different style. Thus, for the guys, I think, silver links with all the jackets, and a white bow tie for the groom cumberbund. The boys black tuxedo. It would be strange? What is the difference between the best man for the witnesses to be?

I think it sounds good, except that the groom wore a white vest and white tie, in this way the color is different, but the style is the same. I do not distinguish the best man for the witnesses to. It is not necessary. Your friend is differentiated from the rest of the guys and that all that matters.
He was dressed in blue jackets and cobalt blue for boys. The groom wore a silver jacket. My colors of cobalt blue and peach, and had peach and white roses.
